Financial Supporters   Donateurs

The following organizations have provided financial support to the Outdoor Council of Canada: Ces organismes ont soutenus le CCPA avec leur support monétaire: 
  • The Calgary Foundation has provided support for several initiatives including the development of the Field Leader Program.
  • The David Elton Outdoor Fund sponsored workshops for outdoor leaders in 2007 and 2008. These workshops identified a need for National Certification. An additional grant in 2009 provided resources to launch the Council. The grant was generously renewed in 2009 to provide for core funding for the Council period through to November 2010. Starting in 2019, the David Elton Outdoor Fund has provided three year's of funding to support the Summer Program in NE Calgary providing safety oriented outdoor programming in a community that has little access to outdoor experiences.
  • The Outdoor Centre at the University of Calgary provided funding to support a part-time salary for an organizer and then the Executive Director from September 2008 to April 2010.
  • MEC has provided several project grants and now recognizes the OCC as a partner with renewed funding for 2016.
